Basic layout:

Monday
4-5 LF cheerleaders OZ practice @ LF
5-? (No later than 9) cast for OZ & Set up/workers

Friday
Oz cast arrival anytime after 4 and eat before 6:00.
LF arrive and work with parent (except servers) and eat at their table after 6:15.
(LF plan to eat and be with parents)

Doors open @ 6:15 PM
Adult Cheer cast will escort guest
Show starts @ 7 PM

LF cheer will change @ intermission for intermission performance 10 mins. prior to show starting again. Silent auction will end at this time too.

During intermission we would like to have the cast available for photos on the main floor.

After the mystery is solved please be available for a group photo.
